Balance 70% payable upon check-in (cash) or (bank transfer for full payment made before arrival).
A refundable security deposit of RM300 will be collected upon check-in.
Above rates are exclude electricity bill, meter will be recorded upon check-in, the charge will calculate when check-out time. Average bill is around RM10 to RM30 per night.
